10 Things to do on Your Sick Days

So Monday morning I woke up to my 7:15 alarm with a raging headache and a stomachache that put me right back into bed. I thought I could sleep it off for an extra half hour, but that didn't seem to work either. By ten, I still wasn't getting any better, so I figured it was probably best to just call in sick for the day. So what do you do when your body says you have to stay awake, but also won't let you do almost anything else but lay there in bed. I'm not someone who can hold still for very long so I need a list of things to keep my mind occupied and to try to get better.

1| Make a giant bed of blankets and pillows.

2| Find your favorite show on Netflix. I'm obsessed with Heartland right now.

3| Make Scrumptious Hot Cocoa.

4| Pintrest like crazy.

5|Think about writing blog posts.

6| Pick a topic for your internship paper.

7| Think about cleaning the kitchen. . . then decide that that's a bad idea.

8| Eat some Ritz crackers.

9| Do a little reading.

10| Write the blog post.
