As I've said before, I'm not a beauty blogger, but when one of my besties approached me asking me to blog about her new adventure into selling Younique make-up, I couldn't resist the idea of a few makeovers and a super fun photo shoot with friends!

Make-Up Review: Younique || Becoming Sabra Gilbert

Never heard of Younique? It is a make up company working to not only sell high quality, beautiful makeup, but also support women. Their products are much more than just paste to put over your face in the name of beauty. Younique's products are scientifically formulated to not only make you beautiful, but nourish your skin as well! Another plus? They are NEVER tested on animals!

As an animal lover, that is always a giant plus for me! But not only does Younique work to provide cruelty-free makeup, they have started a foundation to support those who have been sexually abused. Through this foundation, they provide a retreat for those who have been sexually abused to find healing with support from others and learning skills to help them on their own. Younique also provides education for parents to help them protect their children from sexual abuse.

And just look at the beautiful results!

This makeup is extremely smooth to put on! And I was insanely surprised by how wonderful the makeup felt on my face and how it made my face feel! I was a little worried when Alyssa started pulling out a lot of face makeup, as I'm not that big of a fan of weighing my face down with a ton of makeup, but it actually felt ridiculously light on my face.

My personal favorite product was the 3D fiber lashes+!! My eyelashes are insanely short! And these naturally lengthen your lashes through the help of tiny fibers that can build on and on and on. I also use my lip gloss on a  regular basis!
